The signing of the Convention on Cooperation is on the margins of the participation of the Arab Hair House in the Cairo International Book Fair at its fifty-sixth session and the strengthening of its Arab and international presence.

It is noteworthy that the Arab Hair House is a cultural literary institution established in Al-Fagira in 2024 to contribute to pushing the Arab poetry landscape to the best levels and transferring its heritage and components to the world.
